Meet Brian Hain

A decade of coaching taught me how people actually change.

Before I was in boardrooms, I was on racecourses. I spent 10 years as a triathlon coach, leading 1,000+ athletes across finish lines, including 100+ Ironman finishers. I founded Primary, a coworking space in New York City. The thread through all of it: people perform when they're healthy, supported, and clear on where they're going.

That's the same lens I bring to organizations. I build BD pipelines, coach leadership teams through the conversations they've been avoiding, and help high-growth companies scale without the burnout cycle.
